ASM disk header corruption
We are facing the issue of ASM disk header corruption on RAC 12cr1 (12.1.0.2 on rhel 7.1). What are the all possible reasons for ASM disk header corruption?
Possible reason
1. human mistake
2. written by some software like lvm
3. disk/storage problem
